i think it's a good buy by the BBC, i assume it didn't cost them that much after all this time. domestic drama is usually so ruthlessly naff that it'll be a nice treat for the millions of people who don't pay for cable or use bittorrent etc.

Not tried the English subtitles, but have watched it with the Dutch version (wife's native toungue) and that's exactly what they do.
