Anyone recommend a good local plumber? Nothing gas related just some dodgy water works if you'll pardon the pun. Ta.

Gonna try this again, broken toilet, becoming more urgent as our other toilet will soon be out of commission while our new bathroom is installed.

Looks like there is a gap in the market for plumbers! usually this website throws out at least a handful of suggestions... Don't know one either though sorry, although I did just fix a toilet. Combination of the DIY discussion groups out on the internet (yes, I know) and a bit of experimentation... My problem was that it wouldn't stop filling up so went and bought a new valve from homebase and swapped it in.

I've used Heat Crouch End on 020 8374 1601 quite recently, they did the job and it wasn't too expensive. I think he's called Dave.

Found him on mybuilder because he offered the cheapest quote. He was really good, very efficient and everything's been working fine since he came.
