I am with TalkTalk as well on 54 Mbps. Guess we should put TalkTalk on the graph...

BT are upgrading some connections to 20 Mbps free of charge according to this article: <http://www.techwatch.co.uk/2009/06/04/bt-offers-free-20-mbps-upgrade/>; It's to do with their upgrade of some exchanges to ADSL2+. <http://www.ispreview.co.uk/news/EkpylyuFukeiITHscB.html>; No idea if this will cover SG, though this map suggests there is a good chance it will: ![ADSL2+ roll out](http://www.samknows.com/broadband/mapping/provider.php?p=btwbc)
