anyone had any dealings with milo o'riley there? he has been so unprofessional , wondered if there are any others who have experinced the same? worth going to the ombudsman?

yes...didn't like him at all. And after we moved we have since found out that he has lied and withheld information from us. Couldn't recommend him less!
