4 (on the basis that if you look up when passing under the bridges, there are three gaps that you see on the west side of the road, so like with fingers - there's one more finger than the number of gaps between them)

Nope. Some of the bridges are so close together there's no daylight visible looking up between them.

Also, there are two beams, one either side of the lowest bridge to protect against vehicular collisions. I'm not counting those.

I walked down SGR this morning, and I saw someone, neck craned, counting bridges. Which one of you lot was it?

I wanted to propose a quiz about who's got the biggest willy in Stroud Green but I decided against mentioning it on a public forum.

I lost count when going under the bridge yesterday (almost collided with another pedestrian), but it was either 7 (which was earlier up the thread by JungleFaceJake) or 8 (JoeV).
