Nighttime Construction

I was woken 4 times during the night last night by construction noises (hammering, banging, dropping of tools). All of this commotion was going on in the area around Woody's.

Just because it is a high street do they presume nobody lives, or sleeps, here?

Anyone else disturbed by it?

Could it have been something to do with the water supply? Ours was off this morning.
