New development on Seven Sisters Rd

Does anyone know what is being built next to the Tesco store on Seven Sisters Rd, opposite the tube station? It looks like three shops are being turned into one.

If it is the units next to Subway, its a new £ shop.

Not exactly what I was hoping for. One big pound shop to replace three small ones.

Just what the area needed, I've often thought there aren't enough fried chicken, pound, mobile or veg shops around.
