Managing Agents
Does anyone know (or is anyone) a managing agent?
We live in a leasehold building of 9 flats.
We (the residents) are the headlease owners as we bought it last year. But we have a managing agent (or we did) who takes care of instructing people for repairs, collecting annual fees, insurance, communal electricity etc...
And we need a new one.
So if anyone can help, post a comment or whisper back as we need a new one in place fairly urgently.
