Nature's second course

It's 4.50 am, and I've forgotten how to sleep. Any tips? I propose to try the Cambridge Companion to Bach, next. It's a great book, not least as a narcotic!

    I read that there were 70 musician Bachs altogether, stretching as far as the mid-19th C, and one settled in England. You must be the one that got away, Taff.

    I learnt all this rather than sleeping (see original post). Wideawake nights crop up more and more frequently, now - just as well I am retired - or is it that WHY they do?
