So who can explain the new Sainsbury's queuing system to me?
What's the point of a queuing / till layout that steers people into a cul-de-sac (see right-hand self-service tills) so you can then play dodge the other customers and their bulky shopping as you try to slip along a narrow path back past all people standing at the other tills?
