Major works to council freehold buildings
Are there any private leaseholders out there who are dealing with or have dealt with Islington council on major external works related to the Decent Homes Standard and would be interested in sharing ideas on how best to handle them? I've received an invoice with a number of questionable items on it and would love to benefit from lessons learned by others or share experiences with people in the same boat.
