New Blues Jam at Silver Bullet

Locals who like planking the spank, exercising those vocal chords, blowing the old tin sandwich, or just playing the drums, should know there is a new weekly Blues Jam in February starting on 1 February at the Silver Bullet, the pop-up venue in Station Place, Finsbury Park, the pop-up venue that refuses to die, 'cos it was supposed to end in December but the landlord has allowed an extension. Billie Jenkins says "the blues is just jazz with a safety net" so if you fancy strutting your stuff come on down , bring an instrument, or sticks, or a harpoon from a greasy red bandanna, if you want to tickle the ivories you'll have to bring a keyboard, otherwise backline and drums will all be there and the best thing is - IT'S FREE - well the drinks aren't but you didn't expect them to be. House band and banter from local band Jimmy C and the Bluesdragons. 8.30 to midnight, 1 February and every Tuesday in Feb.
