Black Sea's Angels - where are they?

I'm sure we are not the only ones who enjoy this cheeful eatery. However in 20 or so visits we have NEVER encountered the advertised Black Sea's Angels on the sun deck. From the pictures they create the sort of chilled out vibe which would warm up these dull february days a treat. I was going to take Chang my brother in law for a snack there tomorrow. I have to ask - Where are they? Are we unlucky in our timing or have they moved on?

PS Dorcas thinks they were linked with Woody's as Black Sea's started out as a spin off of Woody's then went its own merry way...
