What is happening next at K1 / Karmens Bar on SGR?

Does anyone know what the plan for this address is following the demise of K1? [ Northernlass? ] Have the bailiffs caught up with Danny? or is he paying for the refurb and planning to re-open under another guise - a previously used tactic. There is a lot of construction being done out back - I ventured down the alley to have a look, somehow I doubt the budget will run to soundproofing.
