There have been various discussions bemoaning dogs shitting all over the place.
A neighbour sent me these contact details for Islington residents.
Islington Environmental Control Team, Dog Fouling:
0207 527 4814 or email sesadmin@islington.gov.uk.
Not really sure what they can do about it. Scoop it up? DNA test piles of turds and dogs to cross reference and pinpoint the culprits? Rub the owners' noses in it?

I really should get out more.
They had a similar thing, 'Motocrotte' in Paris in the 90s. There was a whole fleet of them scooping the poop of all those horrid little dogs Parisians have. Yet the streets were still covered with piles of dog shit.
I wouldn't even bother to dilute.
Over zealous pompus busybody, get your facts right before you go around accusing people/pets and upsetting me/us.
Did you clean it up for me? The same as you did with the evil pigeon of death?
