Does anyone know of any amateur dramatics groups over this side of north london, Muswell Hill or Islington would also be fine.

Do you live in the 1970's barnesbq? There is a world of amateur dramatics that isn't like Glee you know. @Emms Have you tried Googling amateur dramatics Islington / North London, there seems to be local groups around.

I did a course a couple of years ago with City Academy at the Finsbury Town Hall on Roseberry Avenue. They offer a variety of classes at various venues around Islington and the rest of London.
