Looking for 1 or 2 bed flat

Hi
I live in the area but I'm hoping to move to a slightly bigger flat. I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bed flat available late August or early September, up to about £1300 per month but less would obviously be nice.

If anyone knows of anything going in the area please do get in touch.

    I've just let mine for exactly that - sorry. It went on the market and I had a tenant confirmed within 24hrs. They go quick!

    It sounds lovely but I've actually just found somewhere. There seem to be a lot of people looking at the moment, so I'm sure you won't struggle to let it.
