Hi all,
I going to make and sell t-shirts inspired by our hand made sign by the station.
I want to give the money to a charity that's helping out the victims of the riots...can anybody give me suggestions?

that was me that made the sign and put it down at the tube on the Tuesday morning after the big rioting night - curious to know which actual charity are you going to give it to and are you just using the words that I wrote or are you recreating the actual image?

@applehead - brilliant work, it is an iconic image. I had kind of hoped it stayed there for ever. The victims were probably mainly businesses that have been covered by the riot insurance. Perhaps a charity that focuses on interventions with gangs and helping people get out of them?

Thanks for your comments - yes I think it really hit a chord. As I was strapping it onto the pole people piling out of the buses were commenting and one lady gave me a hug! It was so distressing seeing our London being ripped up.
Pictures of the sign ended up all over - on the BBC websites/pages, the Guardian, Flickr and on numerous Twitter and Facebook posts. :)
