My scooter insurance is coming up for renewal and I'm pretty sure I shouldn't be paying as much as I have been. Does anyone have any super duper deals to share?
The best way to get your claim down is build up your 'no claims'. I haven't had a bike for several years, but I had 6 yrs no claims and got insurance on a Fireblade down to just over £300.
mmm, Fireblade.... (sniff).
I don't remember who I'm insured with this year but managed to get a cheap deal (under £100) through Tesco's comparison site. When you've got a quote it's often good to phone them up (and lie) saying you've found cheaper elsewhere. Quite often they match it. I change every year and never renew with the same insurance company. Always works out cheaper.
