Best Venue for NYE?

Header says it all. It's my first New Years living in London. Last year I went down to Fulham for the Oktoberfest which was hilarious, but fancy a change this year.<br><br>Recommendations please!<br>

In my experience...stay at home or go to a mate's place.<br><br>NYE is amateur night, full of bridge & tunnel types, massive long waits for drinks, coat check, taxis ,,,you name it!!!<br>

<P>Local local local all the way.</P> <P>I had a great one at the Noble a couple of years ago. Nice food, not too expensive, not too busy, nice atmosphere.</P> <P>As N4Matt says, it's amateur night. Tips for getting served quickly at the bar? Try to get the same person and tip them lavishly. </P>
