Operation 'Hawk' Success

You may have read in the local press and on the news recently about Operation Hawk, the Met's Safer Neighbourhoods Operation which took place all over London. Up to 4,000 Safer Neighbourhoods officers and PCSOs carried out 611 operations, executed 284 warrants, seized 40 weapons and closed down 14 drugs houses across London's 32 boroughs as part of Operation Hawk which took place yesterday, Thursday 24 November. Your local Stroud Green Safer Neighbourhoods Team executed a Search Warrant granted under Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act in Stroud Green Road N4. As a result of this, 2 people were arrested and a quanity of Class A drugs was found. Operation Hawk is not a one off. We will be continuing to see operations like this.
