Errr - they're both as shit, obstructive, fragmented, inefficient and infuriating as each other??

I've lived in both - Islington as a tenant, Haringey as a council leaseholder (aaargh!), and they both suck.

Islington has a better newspaper though. And has Camidoc at the Whittington - get in there early at the weekend, there's no waiting and you bypass your shit GP.

Oh, and Haringey's logo is shit.

I like the logo, it reminds me of the CE town hall. And I love the enigmatic spelling.

It is supposed to represent (what you see on the Welcome signs and at either end of the logo above ) the Radio/TV Waves coming out of Alexander Palace transmitter which I guess makes Haringey the original home of British Television !

Having wasted five minutes looking at other london council logos, i think we do OK. Look at these:

Oh lord it has been rebranded hasn't it - the one on the welcome sign has a lovely Festival of Britain feel to it. I'll take photo and try to post it somewhere on here. Has Enfield moved to Wales during the earthquake?
