Tent appeared in Finsbury Park

Does anyone know anything about the tent that has appeared over recent weeks by the soft ball area in Finsbury Park? It's set up under the porch of the small house (Green Lanes/Endymion rd side)?

Some one is also  sleeping under one of the boats at the lake, you can see the mattress when you  walk past under the end boat.

There was someone living in a tent in the park the summer before last wasn't there? The SG bongo player I believe.

Mattress under the boat has now been removed. Park maintenance people were clearing it up this afternoon.
