Frozen pipe problems

We have had an outside drain/waste pipe rupture. It needs repairingn (junction) or replacing but is quite high up on the external wall. Does anyone know a recommended  tradesman who can fix this. If so please let me know the contact details (privately if that is easier). cheers from Chang
