Unwanted emails

I keep getting SGR email re threads I know nothing about. Can this be stopped, please?

It can. Click your name in the top bar. This is your profile page. <div><br></div><div>On the left there is a link that says "my preferences". Click that and it will bring up a table showing when you get an email. Uncheck them and click "save preferences"</div>
