Who would you say would be the best local company to approach to help fund FreeFit in the park. 3 trainers each week, leaflets, promo material and park fees. Not looking for a lot
Check out our local MP Lynne when she recently came and checked us out...

We're thinking an independent as the larger global brands do funding on a national scale..
Ideas??
You could try Sport England, you can apply for up to £10,000. I'm working on a bid at the moment to them.<div><br></div><http://www.sportengland.org/funding.aspx> You might fit the Movement and Fitness section<div><br></div><div>You would need to set up a separate organisation though to access this sort of funding. Something like Friends of FreeFit or similar. Would need separate bank account and constitution etc. So it's a bit convoluted initially, but once it's done, you would find it easier to draw down other funding.</div>
Thanks guys for all the suggestions. We will look into those tomorrow.
We were thinking Sainsburys as they're launching a new shop which is bound to create a further escalation in a power struggle but they weren't really that helpful.
But then thinking about it Nisa did seem like a good idea as they seem to be the ones to lose out most with the new Sainsburys.
We'll see...
Like all the other ideas especially the Dixy Chicken...
@Dorothy we will look into the lottery funding tomorrow... Sounds like a grand idea... Maybe speak to you about it in the studio..
@fin we get between 25-50 people per week but more would come if it was advertised more..
we once had a person turn up from SG.org
Ok
Well thanks and we'll see how we get on
The health and social care volunteering fund might be useful:<div><br></div><div><a href="http://www.volunteeringfund.com/">http://www.volunteeringfund.com/</a>
