Average weekly rent in Finsbury Park is £310 pw? I guess that must include the south-side of Seven Sisters too otherwise it's a lot more in my experience.<div><br></div>

Gidea Park is actually really nice! Nice big houses and a lovely park. Good transport links too. All my rich school friends lived over there.

That's very good to know Miss Annie, because with my salary falling, bills increasing and my greedy landlord putting my rent up by £100 a month, that's where I'll be in the not too distant future!

@yagamuffin - I think it probably includes all of the areas around the park, including Manor House. Stroud Green is obviously more expensive. <br>

Quite surprising to see Highbury at same level as Finsbury Park - would have thought N5 a fair bit pricier.
