Looking for a 1-bed flat to rent

Our landlord has put up the rent again, so we're thinking of moving. We'd rather not deal with agencies, so if either you or someone you know is looking for tenants, please let me know. We'd like to stay in Stroud Green, but would consider other areas of North London, as long as there's a tube stop nearby.<br><br>We're both employed professionals in our early 30s. No kids or pets, and we don't smoke. We've lived in the same place for the past 10 years, and have always paid the rent on time. Happy to provide references, copy of credit report, bank statements, etc. We just don't want the hassle or the cost of going through an agency.<br><br>Thanks.<br>
