I was talking to someone today who said that they'd heard that Crouch End was 'up and coming and will be quite a nice place to live in a few years'. She looked at me like I'd just sprouted feathers when I told her I live near Finsbury Park.

What Stroud Green really is, according to the above map, is posh. Particularly the bit between the railway bridge and Woodstock Road, just next to the station. Is that because of Molen's?

It's always been pretty, reminds me of the Essex villages. My nan lived in Highams Park so Walthamstow was one of my regular outings and she had a friend in the village.

Used to go to Le Rif and food was fun although I feel more comfortable there accompanied by a male rather than female friend.
