Some things to give away and sell

I'm moving out of my flat very soon and I don't need my microwave, toaster or futon anymore. It's a double futon from Ikea and a very basic but dependable microwave, same for the toaster. I've got lots of plastic juice bottles from Morrisons too. I can't bring myself to throw them out because they're so useful, but I don't actually have a use for all of them. They're litre bottles, squarish with a wide opening and are great for storing dried goods like pasta, flour, barley etc. <br><br>All free to a good home.<br><br>I've also got women's fencing kit to sell. Mask, jacket, chest protector, glove and electric epee, all hardly used. The whole lot cost £370, but I'd sell for £200. <br><br>PM me if interested in any of it.<br>

I haven't actually fenced for about five years. The kit just sits in the corner of the room and every now and then I think 'I should really put that on eBay.' Then I forget about it again.<br>

It would make drinking wine rather problematic.<br><br>I've found some other stuff to give away if anyone wants it. A foot spa, a shredder, a sandwich toaster, some shelving (with brackets), clothes hangers and a sewing machine (this is reserved for Miss Cara unless she doesn't want it).<br>

This thread is great! We often have odd stuff to give away and we use freecycle a lot. Nice to do it on a local level too. Thank you, I can collect the sewing machine whenever you like.

@misscara - is the ironing board still going? Mine leaves a little cross-hatch pattern all over the clothes (on the rare occasions I get round to ironing) - I feel sure there's a better way...

@conformable_kate, sounds like you need a new cover (or possibly two, one on top of the other) - same thing happens when my stuff is ironed, if the foam padding has become too thin.
