Angel Sash reset our bay window last year - changed ropes, checked weights and installed draught excluder. Excellent service! Very tempted to have other windows done now.

@Misscara - did you get yours sorted? I just got home to find added ventilation in my bedroom... i've known for a long time that the windows (victorian sashes) need some attention. Can't put it off now!!
