Handy man (who will do electrics)

I'm looking for a handman to do a few jobs (putting up a blind, fixing a small hole in a plasterboard wall) but also fit a new pendant light.  I'd rather have it all done in one job rather than get a specific electrician out and would much rather someone with a personal recommendation.  Unfortunately my handyman has a broken ankle so is out of action for a considerable time.<br><br>Can anyone recommend a handyman who can do electrical work?  If not I'll enquire with some of the more general handyman recommendations on here.<br>

Thanks Misscare, I'll message you once my wife and I have completely decided which light we are going to install. Does he have all the normal liability etc. I have such a fear of bad electrics and fires etc.....<br>

<p>what happened to Misscara and all her msgs? Esp about the handyman/electrician. I too am after one, so if anyone knows a good local one to add a few more sockets, and ideally plaster after they've finished? And then of course, i'll need a decorator/painter, so if anyone knows one of these as well....</p>
