That tree at Charter Court must be one of the most photographed things in SG. Always someone taking a picture of it.  A magazine that I follow on twitter does a #blossomwatch thing every year, blossom appeared much earlier than usual this time.

I'm pretty sure that this one is an ornamental cherry. Almond blossom tends to be pale, this one is a day glo pink. It's beauteous.
