Builder to repair window sill/plastering internal wall

Hi all,<div>our kitchen wall is suffering from damp caused by water ingress from the window sill. We need to find a builder who will level off the masonry sill, concrete everything up properly and flush with the window and re do the plastering on the internal wall. I have contacted builders but they don't get back to me after I email photos. They obviously think it's too small a job! We plan to have a heater fitted on the internal wall but cannot proceed until the water ingress and damp have been dealt with. </div><div><br></div><div>Any recommendations for a builder who would do this sort of thing?</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
