Council planning proposal hgy/2014/3508

Harringey council have issued a planning proposal over the xmas/new year period, when everyone is away/busy-coincidence?
Well if you take a look at the proposal, not really. The proposal demolishes the children's playground in Connaught lodge, removes very elderly trees, garages which are used by residents and eats up the green space, all for a modern 4 storey block of flats.
Keen to know if anyone has picked this up yet? Most people are not aware at this time of year
