I can't do mental arithmetic any longer. Here is a brain twister - help!.
I am a very slow runner. At the gym today I ran five km at a steady 7.5 kph and of course it took me exactly 40 minutes.
I want to gradually increase my speed, so tomorrow I will do the same distance at a steady 7.6 kph (and then work up daily from there).
How long will tomorrow's run take me?
Can't do it. Who can tell me? :-)
