105 Crouch Hill. Abandoned??

I've noticed a post from 2011 but I am curious of what the situation is with 105 crouch hill. It looks abandoned and in an awful state. If any one has any information please do get in touch. Me and my girlfriend would love to buy it and bring it back to life to be our first home! Thanks, Gareth

There are still people living there I think, there certainly were last Autumn. It's the latest in a series of hoarder houses on the Hill.
