Fox hunting in Stroud Green

Reference in The Observer today to a short film called Cubs (2006) apparently about urban fox hunting in Stroud Green. The article is about the Director, Tom Harper, who also directed the current BBC War and Peace extravaganza. Never heard of it, Cubs that is, and can't find any references to it. My ignorance is unbounded.
