Should always report this. There was a man who used wait round the corner from my school to show his undercarriage to girls. He went on to rape two young women. I'm pleased to see that the comment about it being bike lights has been wisely edited away.

I wonder if it's the same one as last year on the Parkland Walk.    He seemed to be more interested in flashing (his bum, I think) at men.   Every man I met on the Parkland Walk coming towards me, warned me about him being further up, just round the corner, when I was walking my dogs.   Some of them were very shaken.   I saw him, loitering in the bushes, fiddling with his clothing.   He paid no attention to me, but I made sure I got a really good look at him and told the police further up.   They said 'no this guy had a beard'.     It was as though everyone had turned him into a weirwolf.
