Ole Pera was good.  Good enough to not have to trek over to Gokyuzu on Green Lanes. Ole Pera changed hands and name earlier in the year and it's been empty since.<div><br></div><div>There's already a decent Vietnamese place on SGR (down by Season). </div>

I had a Bahn Mi from that place by Season and it was awful - 90% fat.

@northnineteen East And Southeast Asians do love their fat..... They don't sell banh mi anymore I don't think. So many vietnamese places! hopefully it'll offer something a little different to the other two down the road. A banh mi specialist perhaps?
