Alarming wireless - no not the festival!
Hello - we had a wireless fire alarm system fitted in our house (three
flats) in the autumn and since then it has sounded off three times incorrectly. The control panel in the communal hall said each time
that a sensor had been removed which I know was not the case. I'd
appreciate hearing about any experiences anyone has with these systems.
The chap who fitted them says it's normal - but I just can't believe
that. The noise it emits is understandably loud and piercing, and it is
quite 'alarming' when it goes off in the early hours. Apart from that
it has now reached the point where we don't believe what the panel is
telling us, which is obviously not good.
