I've also used Spreadshirt, they're good for getting stuff out to people if you have no real intention to make money from it. A real no hassle choice. I've also had T-shirts printed locally by a screen printer, who come in at a lower cost but the process is more of a hassle than just uploading a design to Spreadshirt. Pros and cons.
