New Shops

A new boutique has opened near the Italian farmers deli and the forever closed Tote. Popped in, looks like a nice addition to the high road (old dairy/concept end). General gifts, scarves, bowls, art work etc. Also noticed the shop unit next to the deli being kitted out with shelving unit...possible grocery? bakery? another deli...? any idea.....? Nice to see this side of the high road being developed....

He! Yes, I've popped in as well last week. It's actually a moroccan shop, specialized in moroccan rugs. There's some nice stuff. And I think the shop unit next to Italian is actually the bio vegetables shop next door moving in this bigger space. It looks nice!

The old chicken shop next door to Piccolo Diavolo is also becoming some sort of restaurant called 'Crouch Hill Kitchen'. They have a Twitter account @crouchhillkitch but I haven't seen any detailed info.

Mountpelephant.... Its the health food shop a few doors down... they;re moving to new premises. (either that or the owner of the health food/organic grocers has another shop.)
