Depends, may actually lower it in places like SG as suddenly zone 3/4 become a little more attractive.  Difficult to know the impact.<br>

That's what I thought, living a bit further out where rent is cheaper becomes an option for many.

Don't quite get the logic. The night tube won't make your trip to work 10 minutes quicker after all. Anyway, the reason I mention it is this http://www.cityam.com/234197/london-houses-have-missed-out-on-huge-price-increases-because-of-night-tube-delays (this of course assuming that the market for renting and buying is correlated)

Not everyone works 9 - 5. If you're in hospitality, entertainment or someone doing a cleaning job that requires you to arrive at 5am this will speed up your journey. One of our cleaners leaves home at 4am and takes two buses to get here for 6am. It will make a huge difference to some people. I'll use it as I often stay late so that can do some of my messier jobs like painting on the shop floor, without disturbing anyone. Means I can get the whole job finished without having to stop to get the last tube or wait ages for the N19. Most window displays are installed overnight too.

Does anyone know if W7 or W3 will run night busses on weekends to help people getting home

TFL have confirmed W3 and W7 will be night busses 19th August

Yep, it's more regular than originally advertised.

It will be interesting to see what impact night tube will have. After 24 hour drinking was introduced nothing really changed long term as predicted.

Its about 30 years too late for me to make any use of, and I'm not happy about the W3/W7 night bus, they go right pass my bedroom!!
