Indeed! La Ventura. I was gutted when it closed down. I subsequently heard urethane was meant to become some sort of club and that the singer Sade was involved ...

So we have a porn studio and still have an S&M dungeon in SG. Not completely gentrificly cleansed yet then.

@Maximus can't remember where I heard this, gossip is what gossip is but knowing something of the site and occupancy post-Ventura, it seems 100% plausible. @Ali I have applied myself to cracks in the windows many times but seen nothing to bare out the allegation.
