Metal Sculpture Workshop

Hello, I am looking for a workshop in the Stroudgreen/Finsbury park area to work on medium scale metal sculptures. (welding, grinding, spray painting...) I have had a look at the warehouse district but haven't found any metal workshop overthere. Generally artist doesn't want to share a space with people working on metal as it can be quite noisy and dusty... So far the closest one I found is the one in blackhorse road http://www.blackhorseworkshop.co.uk/ The place is ok but the storage is a bit of an issue overthere. Anyone knows a place in the area? Thank you
