Recommendations for someone who could repair a ceiling?

I had a leak from the flat above a couple of months ago, & now it's dried out completely, I would like my bathroom ceiling to cease being stained and mouldy! It might be a hack-out-and-replaster job, or it might require a portion of the ceiling to be taken down. Some of the tile grout will also need to be scraped out and redone. Am keen to hear about people who would do a good job! Thx
