Room hire for a children's party

I'm looking to hire a room for a birthday party, our budget is £30 an hour. For the date we're looking in April the Hideaway is having building works, and I have tried to get hold of the baptist church multiple times but no answer! I wondered if anyone had any other budget recommendations? The room that you can hire at the Mind centre looks great but is too pricey for us

I thought the Mind room was somewhere around your budget, though there may be a minimum hire? St Aidan's school hall can be hired though I cannot remember the exact price - also the room in the Cape Youth Project and the ecology centre in Gillespie Park,- the latter two are advertised on Islington Council's board. The Vale Community Centre is also available to hire - oh and a bit further afield but Freightliners and Kentish Town city farms have rooms to hire for parties.

Oh one more suggestion - the Union Church hall at the corner of Ferme Park Road and Weston Park

If you don't mind going to Archway, Hargrave Hall is really nice and very reasonable!

The hall under St Mellitus on Tollington Park is great for kids parties, nice big space for them to run around, kitchen and toys if you ask.
