Anyone used a local oven cleaning service - company or individual with specialist expertise? Any recommendations / horror stories?

Apparently *real* housewives get somebody else to do it. I read in the Guardian last Saturday that some people have it done twice a year. I've *never* done it in six years.

Ovenu are absolutely fantastic but they don't serve our area anymore. He completely dismantled it and rebuilt it - it was like new. We tried someone else thinking it'd be similar and it was awful - I can't remember who they were though. I'll be trying ovenpride next. I am not a housewife.
