‘Mayor of Stroud Green’ election badges, Stapleton, May 2011
Does anybody have one of the little paper badges that the Stapleton Tavern handed out when they held the mock ‘election’ at the pub back in May 2011? (@MissAnnie, I think you mentioned you kept yours?). Also, does anyone have any photos taken of the event?
I gather there is likely to be another mock election in June, along with quite a number of other local events, as part of a 'Stroud Green Day' that various people seem to be cooking up. Like a local fair. Sounds interesting. No doubt all will be revealed in due course.
